Terms & Conditions

Please Read Carefully.

Details below:

  • All pickups from the airport waiting time are free for the first 45 minutes thereafter 20p per minute will apply. There is no additional charge for the flight delays.
  • All fares quoted are for point to point and any diversions, stopover will be charged at accordingly.
  • Credit card payments will incur an extra charge of £2.00. Debit card payments will incur an extra charge of £1.00
  • Cash payments are to be made to the driver and credit card payments should be made with the booking.
  • Our saloon and estate cars are insured for hire and reward for maximum of 4 passengers.
  • Our MPVs & 8 Seaters are insured for maximum of 6 & 8 Passengers.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle unsafe on the road.
  • West London Cars does not accept any responsibility in any way if the passenger/luggage requirements exceed the capacity of the vehicle booked. If you are unsure about the capacity of the vehicle booked please contact us immediately.
  • Passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage.
  • Cancellations must be made 2 hours prior to pick up time. Any cancellations received under 2 hours are subject to 50%  Cancellation fee.
  • If the passenger missed a flight this information must be informed to us immediately so that we will notify the driver not to enter the airport for that pick up. If the journey was pre-paid it will be refunded after deducting £5.00 for bank charges. However, if the passenger wishes to take a later flight we will provide the service at no extra cost.
  • All prices quoted are per car. Prices are calculated manually with the distance and amount of passengers travelling taken into consideration. We reserve the right to provide an upgraded car type from the original selected if your chosen vehicle is unavailable
  • Prices on the following dates, 24th December From 18:00 hours to 26th December 06:00 hours and 31st December 18:00 Hours to 2nd January 06:00 hours will be charged at 50% higher than normal prices quoted on our web pages.
  • Babies are counted as passengers and please inform to us during the time of booking.
  • Please note that we provide child seats as a courtesy service. Whilst we make every effort to ensure child seats are available, we cannot guarantee suitability for your child, or availability for your journey. Usage of child seats is entirely at the passenger’s discretion, and we cannot be held responsible or liable for their usage.
  • West London Cars does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
  • No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.
